Arts, Inc. is excited to announce the2008 Oklahoma Flute Fest
slated for October 3 through 5, 2008 at
Cherokee Heritage Center in
Park Hill,
Oklahoma. The Oklahoma Flute Fest will host established and
emerging
flute and world musical instrument artists from around the country and
offer it
to everyone for no admission*. This festival partially benefits the
Tahlequah
Native American Flute Circle which has had monthly gatherings
for local and surrounding flute enthusiast for the past three+ years.
We
are proud of
our primary mission to foster an appreciation and preservation for
Native American
flutes and world music. The Oklahoma Flute Festival creates an inviting
and inspiring atmosphere that brings the world of the Native American
Flute to the public.
You have an opportunity to support the development of local and
national artists and musicians while bringing a national audience to
the
Park Hill and Tahlequah area. We are proud of the important role LogJaM
Arts, Inc.
plays in the community, and with your help we look forward to bringing
this event to you every year. We forecast 500-700 people coming to our
