Performers Agreement of the Columns Stage


     Performers are invited to sign up for available times on the Columns Stage during the weekend at no charge to performer or payment from festival for performance.  We are very grateful to all performers who are signing up.  We welcome all performers both Solo and ensembles including Native American Flute, and/or any other world instruments.  Performers will be provided a table to setup and sell CD's and promotional material during the time period of their performance, at no charge, and are soley responsible for collecting any and all sales tax on items sold during performance.  Please account for setup and tear down time of equipment for your time requests.  No more than two consecutive time slots per performance allowed. Slots are filled on a first come first come bases.  So sign up early to ensure your time slot!  If you should need to cancel please contact us asap, so we can offer your time to another!
     Performer Imagery for Marketing: Performer(s) agrees to allow LogJaM Arts, Inc. and the Cherokee Heritage Center to photograph, and/or record performance during the entirety of the Oklahoma Flute Festival. Performer(s) also agrees to release any and all rights and claims to such material; to be used for any future marketing and promoting purposes by the LogJaM Arts, Inc., Oklahoma Flute Festival,  and the Cherokee Heritage Center.
     Disclaimer: The ORGANIZER (LogJaM Arts, Inc.) will NOT be held responsible for any accidents or injuries in or around the stage or on Cherokee Heritage Center property, nor for any damage or theft of property belonging to the Performer.  Performer agrees NOT to hold liable or responsible in any form the ORGANIZER (LogJaM Arts, Inc.), its employees, event coordinators, guests, volunteers, and participants against any and all claims or expenses for such losses, arising out of the performance of this Agreement  As a performer you agree that by requesting a time slot you have read an understand this agreement to its full extent.  This page will be updated as performance times are filled.  A confirmation will be sent when request has been filled.
