Is there any admission cost for the festival?
The Day Performances and Market are free to the public.  Some workshops and special events may have an admission/registration fee.  The Saturday Evening Concert is donations only, with the funds going to the local Tahlequah Native American Flute Circle Check schedule for details.

Is the welcome meeting on Friday evening open to the public?
Yes!  The welcome meeting is free and open to the puble. The snacks are potluck.  Information about the festival and people involved with be at the meeting.

If I want to volunteer for the festival who do I contact?

What is the closest airport to the festival?
The closest airport to the festival is the Tulsa International Airport.  About 70 miles from Tahlequah and Park Hill on north side of Tulsa.

Where is the Festival?
The festival is at the Cherokee Heritage Center outside of Talhequah on their beautiful 44 acres.

Is there a Map?
Yes go to our Directions/Map for a map of Tahlequah and directions from Tulsa.

What are the Hours?
We have workshops Friday from 10am -4pm. The welcome Meeting is from 6-8pm
Saturday and Sunday the festival runs from 10am-5pm. The Concert Saturday Evening is 7-9pm

Where do I register for a workshop?
You can register for all the workshops at the Information Booth at the festival. The workshops are filled ona first come basis.
